Collection of manuscript legal case abstracts and opinions, most apparently file copies, mostly relating to routine personal property cases, including tithe disputes, land title causes, impoundments, and contract and inheritance suits. Three case summaries in shorthand are signed "J. Mansfield;" one summary is signed "Kenyon." A number of case summaries are in shorthand.
